There are many opportunities for children to take part in music outside of lessons.  Performing Arts clubs are run before school, during lunch break and after school, and include choir, recorder club, ukulele club, rock band, wind band, orchestra, percussion club and musical theatre club. There are also opportunities for children to have one to one or small group lessons to learn to play an orchestra or band instrument, including violin, cello, flute, clarinet, saxophone, piano, guitar, bass and drum kit.  These lessons are provided by peripatetic teachers and are charged termly.
