​When providing us with medication for your child, please complete a medicine consent form detailing precise instructions for use. This is available from the school office or can be downloaded below. When medication is administered, carers will receive a text confirmation of this.

For some pupils, with agreement of school staff, family and medical professions, an individual healthcare plan will be written and implemented to ensure the school can effectively support the pupil with their medical condition.
