One of our school drivers at Springfield Junior School is the Pupil Voice. This ensures that our children can contribute to school life and feel that they are listened to and contribute to change. There are a number of opportunities throughout the year when our children review, develop and adjust aspects of the school alongside the staff.

Pupil Survey

The Spring Term pupil survey was completed by every child in the school. It was based on a wide range of subjects including the 6 Spring Learning Behaviours (Self Awareness, Perseverence, Reflection, Independence, Risk Taking and being a Group Champion).

Once the survey had been completed the results were analysed and an action plan was created to support the school in responding to the outcomes. The survey and action plan can be seen below. We will work on this over the coming year.
